By purchasing goods from Pure Gems Minerals & Design you are entering into a legally binding agreement.  Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities.

Our goal is to provide high quality goods, products and services.  Accordingly, we warranty only finished goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in workmanship at the time of delivery.  All materials used to create these finished products are natural gemstones, which may have normal attributes associated with natural minerals and gemstones such as inclusions, growth lines, fissures or factures, natural defects and other irregularities. Although each pieces has been cut and crafted to the highest industry standard these natural attributes may appear in a finished piece. Typically these do not affect the integrity of the piece and often make the piece unique or rare. In some rare cases, the crafting and cutting of the piece may result in loss of material or integrity of the finished piece.

Additionally, use, wear and tear, or damage to the piece may affect the integrity of the piece resulting in the loss or damage of the piece, these are not warrantied. If a piece incurs damage after receipt, I would be happy to look at the piece and let you know if I can do anything to help repair or recraft the piece. 

Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.

Items unused, undamaged and approved for return by seller may be returned at buyers expense to Pure Gems Minerals and Design within 7 days of receipt of product according to tracking information. Pure Gems Minerals and Designs does not accept damaged or altered items. 

 **Please note that all custom order sales and in-person are considered final.

All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise and the original invoice. The items being returned must be shipped using a comparable shipping carrier as that in which the item was sent and must be fully insured for the items value and have a tracking number. Please allow up to 21 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Items being returned that were originally purchased with free shipping will only be refunded the value of the item(s) minus the shipping costs and restocking fees.
